- Individual player registration includes insurance and PAHL team jersey to keep
- Runs April – July
- Season wrap up tournament (guaranteed 3 games)
- All games played at MNP Place
- 1.25 hour games
- Referees and scorekeepers for all games
- Pucks supplied
- No games May long Weekend
- Must always have 1 male/female on ice or play (play with one less skater if you can’t have one of each on the ice)
- After 3 goals by all male/female, next goal must be opposite
- Players can score up to 3 goals per game
- No slap shots (faceoff will be taken all the way to defending end)
- All penalties will be a penalty shot
- No goal scoring recorded for games
- Teams rated on sportsmanship scoring

League 2025

- Runs June – August
- Games played at MNP Place
- 8 game schedule per team
- 1 hour games (5 min warmup, 2 x 25 minute run time periods – last min stop time for each)
- Refs and scorekeepers for all games
- Pucks supplied
- Weeknight games ONLY, No Friday or Saturday nights
- Please note Division C, D, or E
